台灣侍酒師協會

大部份的侍酒師比賽主要分成筆試, 口試跟侍酒操演三個部份
內容則主要包括葡萄酒的知識、葡萄酒的服務以及品酒能力

以下是侍酒師世界冠軍賽對各國國內賽的要求：

1, 必須包含筆試、口試和實際侍酒操演

2, 筆試的部份要回答有關於葡萄酒、釀造、種植知識的問題，與侍酒師工作相關的問題以及與雪笳相關的問題。另外也要以矇瓶品嚐兩瓶葡萄酒以及兩款烈酒，描述這4款酒的風味，並寫出其產區品種與年份。

要了很久，總算ASI寄來了如何成為ASI關察會員的規定。
對於協會的成員即有規定必須以專業侍酒師為主所組成的。先給各位參考一下。

General comments on the occupation of sommelier in the applicant country and general information on sommellerie training institutions and programmes. Also: Why do you want to become a member? What do you expect to receive in return?

"The 1st Contest of the Best Sommelier of Asia-Oceania" organized by the Association of Sommellerie Internationale (ASI) was held at the Rihga Royal Hotel Osaka on November 18, 2009.
The Peter Lehmann Shiraz Award winner and the SOPEXA French Wine Award winner were also selected at the contest.

Winner : Satoru Mori (Japan)
Second : Franck Moreau (Australia)
